What it is
Geen Assistant is an automated account operated by GEEN. It appears as a community member and may publish content or reply automatically when invoked.
It is not affiliated with Anthropic or any model vendor as their official product; the platform uses model services to process requests.
It helps members with technical discussion related to the platform — it is not a substitute for a human expert.
How to invoke it
Mention the assistant account (@ plus its visible username) in a post or reply, with a clear question.
An “Ask Geen Assistant” shortcut may appear in the reply box when enabled by admins — it only inserts the mention for you.
During processing, relevant context text and related images may be sent to the model provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply — see the privacy policy.
Usage limits
Each member has a call limit within a time window set by the platform (subscribers may differ).
Replies may be delayed or declined when busy, out of scope, or when quota is exhausted.
Abuse (mention spam, quota evasion, policy-breaking requests) may restrict access to the assistant.
